Refund Policy - the basics
A Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between sellers and buyers regarding how and if a refund will be provided.
The clock (Timings on dispatch) start on the next working day after payment has fully cleared.
Delays may occur as we are a small independent business and if a delay occurs we will happily refund upon request if the order has not been dispatched after two working days.
During certain festivals we will not be dispatching as we will be out meeting people and offering our services face too face, in this situation we will be issuing an updated delivery schedule via the blog on this site and via Facebook.
